Грантова підтримка на старт та розвиток власної справи
✓ ВПО та місцеві жителі прифронтових регіонів мають можливість отримати фінансову допомогу для відновлення втраченого через війну мікробізнесу, або започаткування власної справи з метою розширення можливостей для заробітку в рамках Програми BLOOM: «Створення засобів для існування та можливостей для оптимізованих ринків», яка впроваджується ГО «Центр зайнятості Вільних людей».
Взяти участь у проєкті та отримати відповідну пряму фінансову допомогу можуть домогосподарства (фермерські та нефермерські), власники яких проживають на території: Дніпропетровської, Харківської, Запорізької, Чернігівської, Сумської, Миколаївської, Херсонської, Одеської області.

REDpreneur Women: грант € 7 000 на бізнес для ветеранок
✓ Відкрито набір на першу когорту REDpreneur Women – програму підтримки ветеранок через розвиток бізнесу та соціальних інновацій в Україні.
До участі запрошуються ветеранки віком від 18 років, які не є діючими військовослужбовицями, і прагнуть розвинути власну справу або започаткувати соціальний бізнес.
REDpreneur Women передбачає тримісячне онлайн-навчання та фінальний офлайн-захист бізнес-планів у Києві.
Заняття для 25-ти відібраних учасниць відбуватимуться двічі на тиждень і включатимуть роботу над бізнес-планом, фінансовою моделлю та підготовкою презентацій. За результатами навчання і захисту бізнес-планів перед журі, для 17 учасниць передбачено грантове фінансування та подальша підтримка для реалізації власних бізнес-ідей.
Грантове фінансування у розмірі 7 000 євро для розвитку або запуску власної справи.
Дедлайн подачі заявок — 18 грудня 2025 року.

The Tiahynka Community is located on the right bank of the Dnipro River in Kherson region. The territory of the community was occupied from the very first days of Russia’s war against Ukraine and was liberated by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on 11 November 2022. Russia’s military aggression caused massive destruction of housing, social, transport, and communal infrastructure, and led to a large-scale exodus of the population. In the Tiahynka Community, all schools, healthcare facilities, and administrative buildings have been damaged or completely destroyed.
As of 1 January 2025, the population of the community has decreased by almost 90%. Currently, around 800 people live here.
The Tiahynka local government bodies together with the residents of the community – are actively working on the restoration and development of our territory and infrastructure. We are searching for potential partners both among Ukrainian municipalities and organisations and among international ones to rebuild and improve the lives of our citizens.
The community is represented by the Department of European Integration and International Cooperation of the Tiahynka Village Council.
The main tasks of the Department are:
– searching for, establishing, and developing partnerships with European and Ukrainian cities;
– preparing presentation materials about the community for participation and representation at national and international forums;
– attracting grant funding to the Tiahynka Territorial Community through the development and implementation of projects.
Goals of the Department
– Studying and applying international experience in attracting public investment (funds from governments of other countries and international administrative-territorial units);
– Practical implementation of local self-government activities through the development of educational, innovative, economic, and social projects, securing their financing from external sources and grant activities, and participation in national and international competitions, projects, and programmes;
– Searching for project proposals, grants, and funding opportunities to attract investment for the restoration, reconstruction, and development of the community in all spheres;
– Establishing communication and building partnership relations with Ukrainian and international administrative-territorial units;
– Ensuring the collection of information on the volume of international support, grants, and technical assistance provided to the Tiahynka Territorial Community.
Our main goal is the reconstruction and development of the community, ensuring basic needs and services for residents (housing, healthcare, education), and creating the conditions and prospects for our people to return to their native land.
